Jubileumskonferensen fick internationell uppmärksamhet

EUTEACH Newsletter gav högt betyg till arbetsgruppens jubileumskonferens Adolescent Health:
"In mid-October, the Swedish Adolescent Medicine Group and the Nordic School of Public Health celebrated 20 years of adolescent medicine in Sweden with a conference on adolescent health. Three of our mainstay EuTeachers participated: Helena Fonseca (keynote address), and Aidan Macfarlane and Kristina Berg-Kelly who facilitated an interactive session on advocacy. Swedish experts Stefan Lundeberg and Hans Carlerg covered pain conditions in adolescence, and youth friendly services respectively, and Australian colleagues Susan Sawyer and George Patton spoke on self management in young people with chronic conditions and the Gatehouse Project respectively. The meeting delivered a gripping, in depth and very informative insight into contemporary adolescent health. Cheers for the organizers, which included summer school graduates Karin Ahlberg (’06) and Margrethe Krabbe (’05)".
